Erin’s background in the movement arts, kinesiology and dance profession with extensive teaching experience in fitness classes coupled with a culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, perfectly aligns with her role as co-owner of DEFINE. She continues to promote health and well-being from the inside out through her conversations around food as healing through culinary workshops and our DEFINE foods Bar.
